ORDER IYJ/133/2011 of 8 February, which accept the resignation to the status of official requested by D. José María Amorós Herrero, an official of the Scale of Local Government officials to enable the State level, Secretary-Intervention subscale.
Having regard to the brief submitted by D. José María Amorós Herrero, official level with officials of Local Government Enabling the State level, Secretary-Intervention subscale with Personal Registration Number, 0078921724 A3015, which seeks the acceptance of the resignation of his official status, in accordance with Article 37.1 a) of Act 7 / 2005 of 24 May, the Civil Service of Castile and Leon, effective April 1, 2009.
Proven compliance with the requirements of Article 64.2 of the Ley/2007, April 12, the Basic Statute for Civil Servants.
According to the Second Additional Seventh Transitory the Law 7 / 2007, and in exercise of the powers conferred by Decree 70/2007, of 12 July on the structure of the Ministry of Interior and Justice, according to the facts and legal arguments above, this Ministry
AVAILABLE:
accept the resignation and declare the loss of official status of the Scale of Local Government officials with empowerment at the state of D. José María Amorós Herrero, with effect from 1 April 2009.
Against this order, which ends the administrative route, may be brought judicial review before the Board of the same name of the Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Castilla y León based in Valladolid, within two months from the day after its notification pursuant to the provisions of Law 29/1998 of 13 July, regulating the Administrative Courts.
Also, prior and optional, may be brought for review by the Minister of Interior and Justice within one month, counting from the day after its notification in accordance with Articles 116 and following Law 30/1992 of 26 November on the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and Common Administrative Procedure
