The judge issued an order of summary procedure and the defenses turn
Mayor Santa Cristina and the city clerk, Paul Rubio and Bonifacio Pedraz will be prosecuted by the Criminal Court for alleged commission of a crime of falsification of public documents. The Court has issued Instruction No. 1 auto summary proceedings from the actions proposed by the prosecution after complaints from the PSOE. The facts are related to indict an industrial building in a margin of the N-525 began in 1990, stalled in 1997 and unlocked in 2005. The Socialist Party issued the indictment at a news conference Monday in Zamora. The defenses have submitted separate application for reconsideration before the Magistrate's Court asking that the proceedings.
